Dungarvan Lions Club was formed in 1978, and is a club within District 133I. This district covers the island of Ireland, and, in turn, is part of of Lions Club International. There are 1.4 million Lions members worldwide in 206 countries. Lions are men and women who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes, especially in their local communities.
Dungarvan Lions Club has a membership in excess of 40 people, who are active in supporting its activities, both in fundraising and providing practical services to the community.
We meet on the first Wednesday of each month (except August) in Lawlor's Hotel, Bridge Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford at 8:30pm. We hope to keep this website up to date with our activities and forthcoming events. Why not drop us an email if you would like to know more about Dungarvan Lions Club.
